We aim to process all orders within 48 hours.

Netherlands:  Orders placed before 15:00 are delivered the next business day via PostNL.
Belgium: 1-2 business days via PostNL
Europe:  Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the date your order is placed.
International:  Delivery typically takes 5-8 business from the date your order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns:

You may return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that sale items and pre-order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

When returning an item, you must include the original invoice with your return and clearly state the reason for the return.

Please ensure that your return is sent as a standard parcel only. Returns sent as a letterbox parcel  will not be accepted.
